Linky AI Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Linky AI and the website at linkes-ai.com. They form a binding agreement between you and Linky AI, so please read them carefully before creating an account.

Full Terms

1. Agreement. By accessing linkes-ai.com or using Linky AI you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Account responsibility. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. One person per account. Accounts are personal. Sharing, selling or transferring an account is not permitted.
5. Fictional characters. All Linky AI companions are fictional. They do not represent real individuals and images shown are illustrative.
6. No professional advice. Nothing produced by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be relied upon as such.
7. Emergency situations. Linky AI is not a crisis service. In an emergency contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional.
8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use Linky AI for unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory or fraudulent purposes.
9. Prohibited content. Requests involving minors, non-consensual acts, extreme violence or real identifiable persons are strictly forbidden.
10. No scraping. Automated collection of pages, images or generated content without written permission is prohibited.
11. No reverse engineering. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the underlying models or prompts.
12. Service availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Maintenance. Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime and we will give notice where reasonably practical.
14. Feature changes. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the service develops.
15. Content ownership. The site design, text, imagery, characters and branding of Linky AI remain our property.
16. Your submissions. You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service.
17. Generated output. Output produced during your chats may be used by you personally, but not resold as an independent product.
18. Free and paid access. Some features may require payment. Prices, inclusions and limits are shown before purchase.
19. Billing. Paid plans renew on the stated cycle until cancelled, and cancellation stops future charges rather than past ones.
20. Refunds. Refund eligibility follows the policy displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
21. Chargebacks. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension pending resolution.
22. Third-party services. Payment, hosting and delivery partners have their own terms which apply alongside ours.
23. Suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where it is lawful and practical.
24. Termination by you. You may stop using Linky AI and delete your account at any time from your settings.
25. Effect of termination. On termination your access ends and stored chat data is deleted in line with our privacy policy.
26. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
27. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linky AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
28. Liability cap. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
29. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Linky AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
30. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
31. Changes to terms. Updated terms take effect when published on this page, and continued use signals acceptance.
32. Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
33. Entire agreement. These terms together with the privacy policy form the entire agreement between you and Linky AI.
34. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules.
